Short description : The 2 bedroom apartment in Paris, sunny and with a balcony, is complete with a double living area, separate kitchen, master bedroom and single bedroom, and including a small chamber de bonne for longer term rentals. Located on the 6th floor of a building (with elevator) dating back to the early 1900s, in pierre de taille and brick, located nearby the Arc de Trionphe in the 17th arrondissement.
The two bedrooms look out onto the inner courtyard. The first, on the left, is the single bedroom, furnished with a single bed (80cm wide) and a writing desk. Then comes the master bedroom, on the right, where one finds a spacious room complete with a double bed (160cm wide), two side tables, a leather armchair, a table and shelves. To the right of the corridor are the toilet, with window, and separate bathroom, all in blue tiles and fitted with a washbasin and bathtub, itself also complete with window.
The day area, opens onto a double salon. In the first area is the living room, spacious and sunny, and complete with a double sofa bed (140cm wide), two white armchairs, a coffee table, a fire place with hanging mirror, and a TV on a stand. Another area is the dining room, with a round table and 4 chairs, a pouf, a writing desk – ideal for working with one’s pc as the internet corner – and a china cabinet with crockery and glassware.
A fully equipped kitchen corner is sunny and open, with all necessities, including two electric hubs, a dishwasher and a microwave oven, and complete with a nice window. There is a 10m long balcony, to enjoy the warmer months, with the aid of the table and chairs.
The 17th arrondissement of Paris is mostly a residential neighborhood with beautiful examples of characteristic Haussmanian buildings. On the border between the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées, this area is well connected to the district of La Defense. The main areas of interest around which revolves the life of the neighborhood are undoubtedly the picturesque village of Batignolles, the residential district of Wagram, the lively Place de Clichy, and the Congress Centre at Porte Maillot, main square from which depart the buses connecting the city with the peripheral Beauvais airport.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
