Short description : Quai Des Célestins Halldis Apartment is a one bedroom apartment in Paris of about 40 sq.mt located on the first floor of a building (with elevator). Quai des Célestins is on the edge of le Marais by the river Seine facing the Isle Saint Louis close to the centre of Paris. Offers free internet access.
The apartment layout includes a corridor with convenient built-in closets leads to the living room, a bright room where the soft lilac washed walls and light wooden floor create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room itself is divided in two parts, of which one is the sitting area, complete with a sofa bed and two armchairs by the TV and radio, and the other the open plan kitchen and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen with stark white cabinets and a dining table.
The bedroom has two separate entrances through sliding doors, one from the corridor and the other from the living room, enabling one to open up all the rooms and create a loft type environment, as preferred. It also offers a storage space and a TV set with integrated DVD player. Opposite from the bedroom in the corridor is the bathroom complete with a tub with overhead shower, a bidet and a toilet.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
