The main room, covered with gray carpet and with two windows that overlook a pedestrian street, includes a square black lacquered table with two chairs (and two other folding chairs), an armchair in black fabric, a pouff, a bookcase with TV, a double sofa bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). On the left there is a wall with sliding doors.
The apartment is located in the 2ème arrondissement, in the heart of rue Montergueil, famous street which Manet himself depicted in one of his masterpieces, a now trendy and fashionable area with bars, restaurants and French delicatessens.
Located in the very heart of the city, the apartment is in a strategic area, ideal for easily reaching all the major points of interest Paris has to offer.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
