Food & Beverages : A modern coffee shop “ INN-CAFE” on the ground floor of the Hotel serves the best snacks, coffees and drinks to all of our guest. ( We also serve to our "walk in customers".)

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Short description : Diva Hotel is located in centre of Kipseli area only some meters away from the central square of Fokionos Negri. Structured in a neoclassic traditional building, recently renovated. Provides comfortable and nice rooms, as well as two apartments which could accommodate up to 4 guests, so that everyone of our visitor will live an experience of a pleasant stay.
Every visitor can satisfy his or her entertainment by walking close by, to the market on Patision av. or Fokionos street, even by watching a movie in the nearby cinema's or a having a look at a theatrical show. There are also many parks and squares nearby as a stadium for the athletic types.

Travel Information : By Public Transport from Athens Airport):
Eleftherios Venizelos Athens International Airport is served on a 24-hour basis by the following bus lines. Athens International Airport is also served by the Suburban Railway and the metro.
- X92 Kifisia - Airport: (average travelling time: 45 minutes). The line connects the airport with Platanos Sq. Kifisias.
- X93 Kifisos Intercity Bus Station - Airport (average travelling time: 65 minutes). The line connects the airport with the intercity bus stations of Kifisou and Liosion.
X94 Ethniki Amyna Metro Station - Airport (average travelling time: 45-50 minutes). The line connects the airport with the nearest metro station, Ethniki Amyna on line 3.
- X95 Syntagma - Airport (average travelling time: 70 minutes). The line connects the airport with Syntagma Square in the city centre (connection with metro lines 2 and 3).
- X96 Peiraias - Airport (average travelling time: 90 minutes).
The line connects the airport with Piraeus Port for connections with ferry routes and metro line 1.
- X97 Dafni Metro Station - Airport (average travelling time: 70 minutes). The line connects the airport with Dafni Metro station.
By Trolley Bus:
From Syntagma Square in the city centre you can catch the trolley bus lines from the Syntagma Bus Stop (Amalias Avenue, towards Omonoia).
- Using trolley bus lines 2, 4, 9 in front of the REX Theatre near Omonoia you have to get off at bus stop station Ithaki on Kypselis Street (outside the Atlantik shop). On the parallel street you will find the hotel.
- On the other side, using trolley bus lines 5 and 11 you should get off at Kefalinnias bus top. Walking staight up, on your right-hand side you will meet Sporadon Street and the hotel sign.
- If you come from the Kifisos Intercity Bus Station you can buy a bus ticket for around EUR 3 per passenger from the local kiosk. Take bus 051 till the end of journey near Omonoia Square.
On reaching Omonoia you are in the very centre of the town. From here you can take bus 022 from the Plateia Lavriou until the Ithaki stop at Kypselis Street. Or, you can take trolley bus lines 2, 4, 9 in front of the REX Theatre and get off at the Ithaki stop on Kypselis Street.
By Metro:
You can take the metro from Piraeus Port to Viktoria Station. Arriving at Viktoria, use the Heyden Street exit and after a minute's walk you will find Patission Avenue. Walk across and at Ote-Pedion Areos bus station you can take trolley bus lines 5 and 11 to Kefalinias bus stop.
