Short description : Located on a quiet street, Avra Hotel was fully renovated in 2000 and is a 10 minute car journey from Plaka, the Acropolis and the archaeological museums of Athens.
Ideal for all visitors, the Avra Hotel is well located for Alimos and Kalamaki marinas, the Stadium of Peace and Friendship, the Olympic Complex of Palio Faliro and Karaiskaki Stadium, which are just a 5 - 10 minute drive away.
The tram line links Paleo Faliro to the downtown district and Glyfada, where a shopping centre is full of cafes and restaurants. Yet just next to the sea, you are able to relax and swim in the summer.
The El.Venizelos International Airport is 30 minutes away, and from there, the suburban light railway can take you quickly and efficiently to the hotel. Just 5 - 10 minutes away you can find the Port of Piraeus, where boats depart for the islands.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.

Hotel Information : Hotel Avra is a 2 star hotel - C category, there are 35 standard rooms and 4 Family rooms which can accommodate till 4 persons.
Most of the rooms have a sea-view.
Room Information : Standard rooms are simple, yet elegantly furnished with essential room facilities. Each of the rooms has a private balcony with a sea view Rooms are double glazed, minimising the interruption of exterior distractions and sounds. All the standard rooms have A/c, T.v and private bathroom.
Our Family rooms are consisting of 2 connected rooms. The first one is a living room, with a mini bar, were can accomodate 2 persons in 2 single beds and the second one is the main room with one double bed. Bathroom is on the middle and A/c exists in both rooms.
Down comforters and pillows provide comfort, while all suites have a balcony with sea view.
Food & Beverages : From 7 to 10 you can enjoy your breakfast in our beautiful and quite garden and later on in the Bar area you can relax by having a coffee or a drink.

Travel Information : By Bus (from the Airport El.Venizelos)
- Take bus number X96 towards Piraeus to the Flisvos stop. From there our hotel is 10 minutes' walk.
- Alternatively, from Flisvos, you can take the tram towards SEF and walk down to the Park of Flisvos stop. Hotel Avra is just opposite the tram stop.
By Train (from Piraeus port):
- From the railway station, which is located just opposite the port, take the train towards Neo Faliro.
-Walk down to Neo Faliro and from there take the tram towards Athens or Glyfada and walk down to Park of Flisvos.
Region Information : Hotel Avra is located only 6khl (10 min) from the center of Athens and Pireaus port. The tram and the bus stop are only 1 minute walking and you can use them in order to go downtown, to the port or to the Olympic coplex of Faliro.
The Marina of Alimos and Kalamaki are also in 5minutes distance from the hotel.
