Short description : A brand new luxury condominium, RC- Patã Residence offers self-catering apartments and a villa just 5 minutes' drive from the Albufeira city centre. It offers access to an outdoor swimming pool, sunny terrace and a garden.
The typically Portuguese accommodation is carefully decorated and features a living room with dining area, full bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. They all enjoy a balcony with a view of the garden and pool area, where guests can relax and take a break.
Guests of the Patã are welcome to prepare their meals at their own leisure in the full kitchens. The Residence also boasts outside barbecue facilities. For more dining options, the Olhos de Água centre is a 5-minute drive and features many restaurants serving the local fish-based cuisine.
The iconic, cliff-surrounded Falésia Beach and its water activities are a 15-minute walk from the property. For golfing enthusiasts, there are several golf courses within a 6-minute drive from the Residence. Vilamoura is a 5-minute drive and has a marina, golf courses, a casino, bars and several beaches. The Zoomarine Theme Park is located a 20-minute drive.
The Faro International Airport is a 34-minute drive from the RC - Patã Residence. The property is just 100 metres from the nearest bus station.
Important Information : Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done 1 time per week and is included in the price. Additional mid-week service can be provided on request.
Guests must inform the property about the number of adults and children.
Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. RC - Patã Residence will contact guests with further details. The remaining 70% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at check-in in cash.
Please note that a EUR 200 refundable damage deposit will be charged for 1 bedroom apartments and EUR 300 for the villa on arrival. (Refunded after check out subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
Guests must inform the property their estimated arrival time in advance to arrange check in. Late arrivals and departures between 6pm and 9am will incur an additional cost. The fee depends on arrival time, as this is out of working hours (payable in cash on the property).
Late check-out after 10:00 is possible upon request, subject to availability and for an extra charge. Early check-in before 15:00 is available on request, subject to availability and for an extra fee.
