Short description : This detached villa has a private swimming pool and is situated in the district of Sesmarias, Albufeira. The beach is just a 15 minute walk from the villa. The idyllic, petite Praia da Coelha beach is nearby.
The villa is in a cul-de-sac in a quiet area. It is furnished in a modern style and equipped with all modern conveniences. The traditional Portuguese open fireplace in the living room creates an attractive ambience. You can relax on the sun-loungers and on the lawn beside the swimming pool in the enclosed garden. The various covered terraces enjoy views of the pool, the surrounding area and the sea. The sun terrace on the first floor offers plenty of privacy and sea views.
The lively city of Albufeira with its shops, restaurants and bars is 5 kilometres away. You can enjoy various water sports in the area surrounding the villa. You can reach the golf courses of the Algarve within thirty minutes by car. These include the Vilamoura, Oceanico Golf Faldo and Oceanico Golf OConner Jnr courses. The Herdade dos Salgados Golf Club is just 3 minutes away by car. Faro airport is a 35 minute drive from the villa.
