Short description : Aparthotel Maeva La Verrerie has 7 storeys and is situated in a busy position, 5 km from the centre of Cannes and 100 m from the sea and the sandy beach. For shared use there is a garden with plants and flowers, two swimming pools of 25 x 10 m, 25 m diameter, depth 140 - 210 cm, opened from 01.05 to 30.09. With a paddling pool and a slide.
In the complex there is a reception, restaurant, bar, sauna, fitness room, steam room, internet access, table tennis, billiards, telephoe box, elevator, a washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use (all extra).
The apartment, which is located on the first floor, has facilities like a flat screen TV and a dishwasher. The terrace with terrace furniture has view of the swimming pool. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you.
Within 100 m you can find several shops and restaurants. Please note that there is entertainment in high season. The railway line is closeby. The residence is made up of 180 apartments. There is underground parking for 39 EUR/week.
