It is a 2-room apartment, 72 m2, on 3rd floor, south facing position. It includes a flat screen TV, stereo unit and exit to the terrace. There is a panoramic view of the sea. Other facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: parking space for small car only.
Important Information :
- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 60 euros.
- Towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 24 euros.
