Short description : The house is located in Thumersbach knows as the “Sun El Dorado“ of Zell am See. This “summer-residence“ built in 1920 has been devotedly renovated from its new owners over the last years - without loosing its original flair – on the contrary: the facade is authentic and the interior is a combination of old and new, complemented with modern accessories.
The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to fourteen persons. WiFi internet access and central heating is available. There is satellite-TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
There is a games room with table tennis. In the basement you will find the utility room with a washing machine and ski storage with a boots warmer.
The lake is only 400 meters away. Biking, trekking, sailing, surfing, riding, skating, golfing and of course just chilling out and barbecuing in the garden is possible.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Required to rent bed linen for an additional cost of 10 EUR p.p./change.
- Kitchen linen is not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.
- Bath towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
