This high quality furnished detached villa, which only you will reside in, was largely renovated in 2011, with guaranteed privacy this is ideal for families or groups of friends. The house in fact consists of three apartments so there is a lot of space to withdraw in. A staggering nine bedrooms and six bathrooms are at your disposal. The large living room with a separate sitting room and wood-burning stove guarantee plenty of cosines. There is also a private wellness area with a sauna, special showers and a relaxation area. A lovely garden with carport lies around the house. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the mountains of Pinzgau and the Zeller See. The free ski bus to the ski slopes of Zell am See and Kaprun lies at 100 m, the well-known lake with shops and restaurants is just 300 metres away and the centre of Zell am See is 4 km away. All in all, this is the ideal address for a successful holiday!
