Short description : Detached villa Casa Muñeca with private pool is situated in a quiet lane directly on the beach in Marbella, just 6 km from the town center. From the villa you have a view over the Mediterranean.
There are 3 bedrooms for 6 persons, all of them have their own bathroom an TV. From the living room, you will find a fireplace, TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a dining room and fully equipped open plan kitchen.
There is a private swimming pool with loungers in the garden, patio, barbeque possibilities. In the evening the whole garden lit.
The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens with marble paths to the beach with lawns surrounded by palms and other subtropical plants and roses. Small whales and dolphins pass through the Strait of Gibraltar and, like the low-flying flamingos a familiar sight from the house.
Within walking distance along the beach are several restaurants. In the immediate vicinity there are also 5-star hotels and beach clubs, specialty restaurants, many famous golf courses and tennis courts. Visit Puerto Banus, the casino, bullfighting or take a day trip to Granada in the Sierra Nevada (skiing), Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar, the nature or take a boat trip to Morocco. The distance to the center of Malaga and the airport is about 30 minutes, Gibraltar and Seville 2 hours and Madrid by high speed train from Malaga just 2 hours.
The old town of Marbella is only 7 minutes by car from the villa.
