The apartment is near the inroad to Málaga from the motorway and there is an option for private parking (for a fee). There are also many supermarkets and restaurants in the area. There is also the sports centre of Carranque. The apartment is opposite the Carlos de Haya hospital complex.
You can visit the house where Picasso was born and the Picasso Museum. Also you can visit the historic Alcazaba Fortress, Gibralfaro Castle and the Cathedral. Malaga has many restaurants and tapas bars. The Semana Santa (Holy Week) celebrations are a national tourism event in Malaga, as is the Feria de Agosto (Malaga Fair).
