Short description : This apartment will plunge you into the heart of Venice life thanks to its location in a popular and a lively district. The apartment was completely renovated in 2010 and is located on the second floor.
In the sitting room of the apartment you can watch TV with satellite-channels, listen to the radio or turn on the music in the CD-player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, both they have a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. There is gas heating and air conditioning and it is possible to use the washing machine.
Walking towards the east of the lagoon, you will come across the Arsenal, the symbol of Venice's former naval power, as well as the public gardens. Walking along the embankment towards the west, you will come to the Bridge of Sighs and the very famous St Mark's Square. There is a food shop about 100 m away. The nearest "vaporetto" (boat-bus) stop is "Arsenale", about 10 minutes walk away.
