Short description : This apartment has a nice garden, something rare in Venice! The accommodation covers ca. 40 m2 and opens onto the garden. The garden is shared between this apartment and another dwelling, but an area is reserved for each dwelling with a table and chairs.
Inside there is a living room with TV, a single bed and a double sofa bed. Kitchenette with oven, Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
San Marco and Rialto Bridge are about 10 min. walk away and Zanipolo Square, with its church where the Doges of Venice are buried, is just a few metres away. Close-by you will find Barbaria delle Tole, a small street rich in shops and restaurants. There is a a supermarket nearby. The boat-bus stop is less than 100 m. away.
The garden is about 70 m2 and there is no separation but privacy is retained.
