A safety deposit of EUR 250 is required to be paid on arrival (see Policies). This will be refunded after stay by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account, provided that no damages are made. Cash refund is available under the condition of an extra EUR 30 payment at check-in.
Please note that check-in is between 15:00-18:00. Late check-in between 18:00 and 22:00 incurs an extra charge of EUR 30. Please note that for late check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50. Early check-in is possible for an extra charge of EUR 30. Standard check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out is possible for an extra charge of EUR 50. Also note that the property charges 5% extra when payment is made with a credit card. Guests can choose to pay in cash without any extra charge.
