You can pick up your key cards from the key box located at the entrance of the building to your apartment. The access code will be sent to you few days in advance.
You can also visit the office at Marc Aurel Strasse 7, 1010 Vienna, between 09:00 and 18:00 for any queries or questions.
Please note that a fix amount of EUR 300 will be blocked on the credit card on the day of booking. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
