Hotel Information : Korona Pension offers 26 comfortably furnished rooms (double/twin, triple or quadruple). Most of them have balcony or teracce. For families or for long-term stay we offer apartments, some of them are with kitchen facilities.
Food & Beverages : The buffet breakfast is served from 7h00 - 10h00 AM in our mediterraine stlyed restaurant (up to 50 guests). It is also open for dinner (from 5h00 - 12h00 pm) so you can experience our delicious hungarian and mediterraine cuisine. An attractive garden area (with grill and outdoor seating) add to what is already a likeable and smart 3-star pension. Guests can also lay back and relax in our renovated drinkbar, where we serve coffee, tea, beer, hungarian wine, different non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
Important Information : The reception with multilingual staff (english, german, italian) is open 24 hours a day. We offer wide range of detailed information on restaurants, folklor events, theatres, concerts and all kind of music programmes. Upon request we organize sightseeing tours, boat trips not only for Budapest but for the most recommended places in Hungary as well.

Region Information : The hotel is within four kilometres of the historic centre of Budapest, St Stephen's Basilica and Parliament Building. Budapest Ferihegy Airport is 17 kilometres and approximately a 35- minute drive from the hotel.
The city centre can be reached in 15-20 minutes from the hotel. The nearest bus ( no. 53) stops in front of the hotel. The nearest tram station ( no. 59) is 3 bus stops far from the hotel.
Short description : Consisting of two modern buildings with simple, wooden balconies and set in a large private garden, our nicely renovated 3-star pension is located far from the noise, in Budapest's green belt.
Travel Information : By Car:
Easily accesible from motorway M1 and M7. Please turn up to Sasadi street at the supermarket called "PROFI". (you will also see a footbridge right here)
By Taxi:
Fix price with driver before ride, avoid touting drivers inside terminal. Go to taxi stand. If meter in cab, make sure it is on. Fare ca. 20 - 25 EUR from the airport. We can also offer our hotel car transfer service for 20,- EUR, or book a taxi if you send your arrival details.
By Bus:
Airport Minibus. Fare ca. 9,- EUR and it takes you to the hotel. It operates from the arrival of the first flight to the arrival of the last flight. Before your departure from our hotel, please order the minibus at the reception 24 hours in advance!
Public transportation:
The nearest metro station is called Moszkva tér and this is the metro line no. 2 (red line). Here you need to take the tram no. 59 till the final station (Márton Áron tér) and then change to the bus no. 53 ( 3 stops), which will stop right in front of our Hotel. (station is called "Nagyszalonta Köz)
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Room Information : Hotel Korona Pension has got 22 rooms (single, double, twin, triple and quadruple rooms) and 4 apartments. In bigger rooms extra bed is available. Connecting rooms are available.
Our apartments include a small hall, 1 or 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and living room.
The sofa in the living room allows to create a small sitting area or it can even be turned to a bed. (comfortable for 4 or 5 people).
