Hotel Information : This family-run hotel is small, cosy and peaceful. It welcomes all those visiting Hamburg who require comfort at a favourable rate.
Food & Beverages : A rich breakfast buffet is served each morning in our cosy breakfast room, and includes a selection of cereals, cheeses, yoghurts, breads, tea, coffee and fresh fruit juices. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Short description : The Residence am Hauptbahnhof is located in the heart of this Hanseatic city, right next to the main railway station and close to the Binnenalster lake. Numerous shopping streets, cafés and restaurants await outside our front door.
Our sister hotels "Hotel Lumen" and "Hotel Terminus" occupy the adjacent buildings.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Room Information : The entire hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard offering high quality guest rooms and en-suite facilities. Beds and carpets are new throughout, giving this hotel a fresh feel. Rooms feature cable TV, shower, hairdryer and telephone. Triple rooms are available on request.
Important Information : We offer 5 private parking spaces at a cost of EUR 8 per day (reservation of these is not possible).
On-street parking is available at a cost of EUR 1 per hour between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 (parking is free of charge from 21:00 until 08:00).
