Cancelation Policy : Cancellation is free of charge until 24 hours prior to arrival. During the following exhibition/trade fair periods cancellations are possible as follows:
8th–12th February: until 24 hours prior to arrival; 27th January – 2nd February: until 48 hours prior to arrival: 9th–15th March: until 48 hours prior to arrival; 29th August – 2nd September: until 48 hours prior to arrival; 27th September – 3rd October until 48 hours prior to arrival. 15th–22nd March: until 72 hours prior to arrival; 4th–13th May: until 72 hours prior to arrival; 14th–19th May: until 72 hours prior to arrival; 8th–13th June until 72 hours prior to arrival.

Short description : The Maritim Hotel Reichshof Hamburg is situated directly opposite the main railway station and just a short walk from the elegant city centre, the river Alster and the musical theatres.

Hotel Information : Our traditional hotel, first opened in 1910 under the name "Reichshof", is located between the art galleries and the theatre house. Its classical ambience and extraordinary atmosphere are sure to impress you.

Travel Information : Arriving by car:
Via the A1 from Bremen and Hanover:
- Travel as far as the junction "Hamburg Süd" and continue on the A255 towards "Centrum"
- Cross over the Elbbrücken bridges and get in the left-hand lane on Amsinckstraße
- Follow the course of the road for approx. 1.5 km and then turn right towards the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof"), along the road Steintorwall
- At the second set of traffic lights, turn right onto Steindamm
- At the next traffic lights, turn left into Kirchenallee
- The hotel is located just past the railway station, on the right-hand side
Via the A1/A24 from Lübeck and Berlin:
- Take the A24 towards Hamburg-Jenfeld
- Leave the motorway at the roundabout, taking the second exit to enter Sievekingsallee
- Continue straight ahead along Bürgerweide for approx. 1.5 km
- At Berliner Tordamm turn right into the road Am Strohhause
- Follow the course of the road and take a half-turn to the left to enter Adenauerallee
- Follow the course of the road along Steintordamm
- After approx. 70 metres, turn right into Kirchenallee
Via the A7 from Flensburg and Kiel:
- After the exit "Stellingen", turn right towards "Centrum" and enter Kieler Straße
- After approx. 4 km turn left at Eimsbüttler Marktplatz and continue straight ahead; after approx. 5 km you will see Dammtor station on your right-hand side
- Turn right at the second set of traffic lights and then get in the left-hand lane
- Cross the Lombardsbrücke bridge, go right past the tunnel and enter the road Glockengießerwall
- Turn left at the traffic lights to enter Ernst-Merck-Straße
- Turn right at the second set of traffic lights to enter Kirchenallee
Arriving by rail:
- Leave the main railway station via the northern exit, Kirchenallee
Child Policy : On request and according to availability: Children up to the age of 6 years stay free of charge in their parents' room, breakfast included. Children aged 7-12 years stay in an extra bed in their parents' room at a cost of EUR 20 including breakfast. For children upwards of 13 years we charge EUR 32 per night for an extra bed, excluding breakfast. Our "extra children's rooms" are available for up to 3 children and are charged at 50% of the usual room rate.
