Short description : Centric Rooms is 50 metres from Valencia’s main square, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, and 5 minutes’ walk from the High Speed AVE Train Station. They offer spacious modern apartments with air conditioning.
Each apartment has a living room with a sofa and TV. There is a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and washing machine.
The apartments are very centrally located, with many shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area.
Car and bicycle hire are available and Valencia Cathedral is 5 minutes’ walk away. You can take a direct Metro train to the airport from Xàtiva Metro Station, also just a 5-minute walk from the apartments.
Important Information : A damages deposit of EUR 250 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded at check-out, once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Guests should confirm their arrival time by telephone on the day of arrival.
A daily cleaning service is available for EUR 25 per day.
Late arrivals after 20:30 will incur a supplement of EUR 35.
