The Chef de Cuisine belongs to the select few in Hamburg that are pioneers in Asian cuisine. Light, healthy dishes are served – combining European products with Asian aromas and cooking methods.
Elegance and cosiness is harmoniously combined in the “Bistro am Fleet”. The large window fronts, the light-filled winter garden and the sunny terrace facing the waterways provide for a tasteful and inviting ambience. Additionally, the integrated show-kitchen offers delicious regional dishes with a mediterranean touch.

The classical piano bar in the middle of the lobby, is a great place for “people watching”, and also ideal for meeting business partners or friends. The bar serves international drinks, and music can be enjoyed from an impressive black grand piano.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
