The famous "English Garden," cultural palaces such as the Opera, the Residence, or "shop till you drop" in the newly designed "5 Höfen" at the corner of Theatiner and Maffeistrasse or in the "Maximilian Hofe" in Munich's grand avenue of the same name - you can easily walk to all of these high spots in a few minutes.
**Please note that during the Oktoberfest (21.9-7.10.07) and the ITMA ( 12.9.-19.09.07) cancellation is not possible at all!**
Room Information : The Mediterranean atmosphere of our rooms full of light, furnished in warm colors, will woo you, as will our generous-sized baths.
Large desks and wireless LAN in all rooms provide a comfortable working atmosphere.
We also offer a 2-room-suite and 2 junior-suites. They are available for up to 5 persons. Just ask for it.
Travel Information : From the airport, take the city train (either S1 or S8), then transfer at the Karlsplatz/Stachus stop into subway U4 or U5, and then get off at the "LEHEL" stop. From there, it is only a few steps to the Hotel ADRIA.

In our lobby you are welcome to rest and have a drink or to do business. We offer free internet access in the lobby, so you are able to keep yourself up to date with business.
Region Information : The hotel is located in Lehel, in one of the most attractive sections of Munich, just a 4 minute walk from the English Garden. From the hotel, it's a beautiful walk - past lovely beer gardens - to the Chinese Tower or the Japanese Teahouse. And you don't want to miss the exciting shopping in Maximilianstrasse or at Marienplatz. The fair grounds can also be reached within 20 minutes.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and cost EUR 13.00 per person.
Parking: Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby.
