Promotion Rate: The client accepts to be charged with the price of one night prior to arrival. Any changes or cancellation may be made until 6pm (hotel local time) 3 days prior to arrival date. The one night deposit becomes non refundable afterwards.

All rooms are comfortably equipped, among other facilities, with direct dial telephone, modem connection. Furthermore, our hotel has two wheelchair-accessible rooms at our guests’ disposal.

Only 100 meter from the hotel you can find a subway station and an airport shuttle. The position of the hotel is ideally suited for business and leisure travellers alike. There are 70 parking spaces in our hotel-own underground parking garage available for our guests.
Hotel Information : For conferences and events of all kind, the hotel offers 5 conference rooms - equipped with latest conference technology - with a total capacity of altogether 60 people.
Region Information : The hotel is located in the north of "Schwabing". The "Englische Garten" is only 5 walking minutes from the hotel. The popular "Leopoldstraße" with numerous shops and restaurants is two stops away from the hotel. The "Marienplatz" is only 8 minutes, the exhibition area of Munich is 20 minutes away by underground.
Both areas, the M,O,C, and the famous soccer stadium, the "Allianz Arena" is 2,5 km north of the hotel.
With easy access to the motorway, yet most of the hotel rooms are quiet.
Travel Information : Coming from all directions heading to the interchange north, follow the A9 direction Munich to the end, keep on the right lane (not the underpass) and turn left at traffic lights. The hotel is after 20 m on the left site. By Airplane: Lufthansa Airport Shuttle, bus-stop "Nordfriedhof" opposite hotel, By Underground: U6, stop "Northfriedhof".
