San Marco Apartments offers a personalised service. Staff meet guests at the waterbus stop and guide them to their allocated apartment.
Important Information : Remember: your apartment could be located anywhere in the San Marco district in the historical centre of Venice.
After completing your reservation you will receive the contact numbers of San Marco Apartments representatives. Please remember to call 7 days before your arrival to communicate your arrival time and schedule an appointment with a representative.
At check-in you will be given the keys and more information about the apartment. Should you need to change the meeting time, please call the same numbers at latest 3 days before arrival.
The staff will meet you at the public water bus station that is closest to the apartment.
The damages deposit can be paid by credit card or cheque and it will be refunded on the day of departure, after having checked that there are no damages or losses.
The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. However, you must tidy the kitchen and remove all garbage, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Please note, cash payments over EUR 1000 are not permitted under current Italian law.
