Cancelation Policy : Reservations must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, 50% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : Children older than 6 year are considered adult for room occupancy.
Children no older than 4 year can stay for free.
Room Information : Please note that the Budget Rooms are located on the lower ground floor and 3rd floor only. This hotel does not have a lift.

Important Information : Booking policy
In order to place a booking a credit card number and expiry date will be required .
A deposit charge of 1 night for each room booked would be debited from your card as soon as a booking has been confirmed.
If a booking is to be cancelled the deposit charge would not be refundable , however it would be possible to transfer your booking to a later date .
Cancelled bookings should be notified 7 days before check in date .
When a booking is cancelled before the 7 day cancellation period the customer would not be liable for ANYTHING.
When a booking is cancelled with in the 7 days of check in date , the customer would be liable for half the intended stay.
Bookings confirmed 7 days or less before the check in date would only be liable for the deposit charge .
A 5% charge will apply when paying for your stay by credit card , though it would not be applied on your deposit .
