Cancelation Policy : Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date.
In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.

The hotel occupies an aristocratic turn-of-the-century building which was renovated in 2006-07. It now offers 72 guest rooms (in 6 different categories) on 5 floors. Two internet terminals are available in the lobby, as well as a safe and a lift.
We offer our guests cost-free private parking (subject to availability) or parking permits for the public parking areas.
Region Information : Within the hotel's immediate surroundings you find the zoo, the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche (memorial church), the KaDeWe centre and the Europacenter. The Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz are also easily accessible from here.
