Cancelation Policy : Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation, later alteration or no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the total amount of booking to the credit card provided.
In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.
Exhibition and high season periods: 30th August – 5th September 2007; 19th – 23rd September 2007; 29th September – 3rd October 2007; 18th – 21st October 2007; 26th – 28th October 2007; 25th – 27th November 2007; 22nd December 2007 – 1st January 2008. During these periods free cancellation or modification is not possible. Your credit card will be charged with the full amount directly after booking and a refund is not possible.

No cancellations or changes are possible for this offer. In case of cancellation the full amount will be charged from your credit card.
Grand Suite: Cancellation is free of charge until 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date; in case of later cancellation the hotel will charge 80% of the full booking amount to your credit card. A refund is not possible. Alterations are free of charge depending upon availability.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Food & Beverages : Each apartment features its own kitchenette equipped with a coffee machine; a kettle is available on request. In addition, a delicious 'Sweet American Breakfast' with tea/coffee, fresh muffins and donuts is available in the mornings.
You also have at your disposal a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate surroundings.
Short description : The “art’appart im Kempinski Plaza“ enjoys a prime location on the famous shopping boulevard of Kurfürstendamm, in the heart of Berlin’s “City-West”.
Take advantage of this first-class setting and go for extensive shopping trips, visit the theatre, and enjoy the numerous restaurants, clubs and bars. Nearby you will find the Memorial Church, the KaDeWe shopping centre, the famous zoo and the Europa-Center.
Child Policy : Children up to the age of 12 years stay free of charge in their parents' apartment. For older children we charge EUR 25 per night for an extra bed.
Hotel Information : Our concierge service is available to satisfy your every wish from 8:00 until 20:00 on weekdays and from 9:00 until 13:00 at weekends and on national holidays.
For stays of more than 2 nights, your apartment will be partly cleaned on every 3rd night and fully cleaned on every 6th night (at no extra charge).
Room Information : Our spacious, light-flooded studios and suites featuring modern design are, on average, 68 m² in size, and thus suitable for those seeking extraordinary comfort.
Region Information : You can reach Tegel Airport in approximately 20 minutes by bus. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the railway station "Zoologischer Garten".
