Room Information : All of the apartments are furnished in a comfortable, modern style and decorated with warm, relaxing Mediterranean colours. In these spacious apartment one easily finds a tranquil, relaxing haven right in the heart of the nation’s bustling capital.
Each apartment has a bedroom, a spacious living area, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a south-west facing balcony and patio furniture.
Each apartment is equipped with cable TV, a DVD/MP3 player and a mini stereo system.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellations made at least 31 days before the date of arrival are subject to a charge equal to 20% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellations made between 30 and 16 days before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 35% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellations made between 15 and 8 days before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellations made between 7 and one day(s) before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 80% of the total amount of the booking.
No-shows and cancellations made less than one day before arrival are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total amount of the booking.
For the Early Booker Rate no refunds or changes are possible. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : We welcome every family that stays with us. Our two room apartments offer a comfortable and spacious living room with a sofa bed and a dining table with enough room for four people. Our fully equipped kitchens makes it possible to prepare and have your own meals in a comfortable family atmosphere.
There is no discount for children.

In order to confirm the booking, TopDomizil will charge an advance payment equal to one night's stay to the credit card. The remaining sum will be charged on the day of arrival with the pick up of the keys. Please contact TopDomizil if you wish to arrange another method of payment.

Free parking is available in the vicinity of the apartment. There is also an underground car park available for guests’ use for an additional charge of EUR 10 per day. For longer stays a special discount can be arranged.
Short description : These comfortable, modern apartments were opened in 2004/2005 and offer convenient accommodation in the centre of the German capital.
The apartment complex itself was designed by the famous architect Kleihues. These apartments are great for short or long-term stays for tourists or business travellers, offering all the freedom, independence and convenience of an apartment with great rates.
In a quiet, central location, the apartments are conveniently situated close to the central train station. The historic Berlin wall is just 500 metres away and the Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse, Unter den Linden and the Brandenburg Gate are all just a short walk away.
Travel Information : By Car:
- Get onto the Strasse des 17. Juni travelling east.
- On Ebertstraße turn left, and after 200 metres turn right onto Dorotheenstrasse.
- After another 200 metres, turn left onto Wilhelmstrasse and continue along this street as it turns into Luisenstrasse.
- Turn right onto Robert-Koch-Platz and after approximately 100 metres you will arrive at Platz vor dem Neuen Tor 1 A/B where the apartments are.
From Schoenefeld Airport:
Take either the regional train heading to Nauen or the S-Bahn heading to Spandau. Transfer at Hauptbahnhof (central station) to the Bus 245 heading towards S Nordbahnhof. Get off at Invalidenpark and walk in the direction of the bus until you see the street Platz vor dem Neuen Tor on your right-hand side. The apartments are located at Platz vor dem Neuen Tor 1 A/B.
From Tegel Airport:
Get on the bus TXL heading towards Mollstr./Prenzlauer. Transfer at the Hauptbahnhof (central station) to the bus 245 heading towards S Nordbahnhof. Get off at Invalidenpark and walk in the direction of the bus until you see the street Platz vor dem Neuen Tor on your right-hand side. The apartments are located at Platz vor dem Neuen Tor 1 A/B.

Food & Beverages : In the immediate vicinity, there is a large selection of restaurants, cafés, clubs and bars from almost every nationality and something to satisfy every budget. Here you can enjoy an inexpensive breakfast or lunch or wind down from an eventful day over dinner.
Each apartment also offers a comfortable dining area, for an alternative relaxed atmosphere.
Directly opposite the entrance to the apartments is the Italian restaurant Porta Nova, with an excellent menu and outstanding atmosphere.
Region Information : Our apartments are centrally located with great transportation connections, while being located in a mostly quiet area.
A 5-minute walk followed by a few minutes on the tram brings you to the famous Hackeschen Markt with it's numerous beautiful courtyards, shops and art galleries, Museum Island with its unique collection and changing exhibits in the Altes Nationalgalerie, the Pergamon, as well as the Altes Museum and the newly opened Bodemuseum.
Also easily reached by foot or a 5-minute U-Bahn ride is the breathtaking boulevard of Unter Den Linden and the Brandenburg Tor which used to be right on the border of east and west Berlin.
Just over 2 km away is the Gendarmenmarkt (reached in 4 minutes by U-Bahn), which is one of the most impressive squares in Europe with the German and French Doms as well cafes and shops surrounding it.
Hotel Information : The apartments have a pleasant view of the Robert Koch Platz and the Platz vor dem Neuen Tor.
Despite their central location, the apartments are quiet and peaceful. The apartments are situated between the historic Charité hospital, the Museum of Natural History and the Hamburger Bahnhof Museum for Contemporary Art.
