Short description : This penthouse apartment with a roof terrace is located right in the historic centre of Vienna, a 10-minute walk from St. Stephens' Cathedral and the Kärntnerstraße Shopping Street. The apartment is 85 m² in size and is very quiet.
Built by the famous Architect Theophil Hansen, who also designed the Austrian Parliament, Vienna Art Apartments' building can be found 200 metres from the Ringstraße boulevard.
On the lower level there is the living room with a fireplace and the fully equipped open kitchen. On the upper level you can find the bedroom and the stylish bathroom. Rooms feature marble and wooden floors with underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The Schottenring stop of the U2 and U4 metro lines is just 300 metres away. From there you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, the Messe Wien fairground and the large Prater amusement and recreation park within 10 minutes.
