Car parking is available for charge on it. The subway- station “Grenzallee” (Line 7) is closed by , only a few minutes by foot. From there the city centre, instance the “Kurfürstendamm”, the “Potsdamer Platz” or the “Brandenburger Tor” are reachable comfortable and quickly. The airport Berlin- Schönefeld (SXF) is distanced only 11 km. You will find national and international restaurants and also the city- motorway nearby. Region Information : National and international Restaurants are closed by the hotel. Berlin`s biggest Shoppingcentre "Gropiuspassagen" is reachable by subway in only 4 stations. The subway station is distanced from the hotel only a few hundret metres. Swimmingbath/ Sauna and Squash are reachable in a few minutes.
Travel Information : From the west:
- Drive on the Berlin Motorway A100 towards the Southring, airport Tempelhof, Schönefeld.
- Leave the motorway at exit 23 "Britzer Damm".
- Take a turn to the right onto the Britzer Damm and then the second street on the left, the Jahnstrasse.
- You will find the hotel after approximately 200 m on the right side of the street.
From the north:
- Coming from the direction City-east or City-west, head in the direction of Kreuzberg.
- Having reached the crossing Yorckstraße-Gneisenaustrasse, you drive further to the Hermannplatz.
- Here you take a right turn into the Hermannstrasse.
- This changes into the Britzer Damm, on which you go left into the Jahnstrasse.
From the south:
- Drive on the motorway A 113 from Schönefelder Kreuz.
- Head in the direction of "Flughafen Schönefeld".
- Once you passed the buildings of this airport on your left side, you take the next turn to the right in the direction of "Berlin-Neukölln".
- Drive straight on to the bridge over the Teltowkanals.
- The next street on the left is the Jahnstrasse.
Cancelation Policy : Last free cancellation until 6 pm on the arrival date.
During periods of exhibitions the hotel has another cancellation policy.

Hot Deal: No change or cancellation may be made after booking. Upon booking, the client accepts to be charged with the full price of the stay, this amount is non refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay.
Promotion Rate: The client accepts to be charged with the price of one night prior to arrival. Any changes or cancellation may be made until 6pm (hotel local time) 3 days prior to arrival date. The one night deposit becomes non refundable afterwards.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : Children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge in the room of their parents. The breakfast costs EUR 4.50 per day per child. The price for children up to the age of 12 have to pay EUR 15.00 for the extra bed (rollaway) in the room of their parents. Please inform us by reservation!
