Short description : Recently opened (summer 2007), these are fantastic brand new apartments in the popular, central and well-communicated Eixample district of Barcelona.
Situated in the heart of Barcelona you will be able to enjoy a selection of restaurants, shops and other leisure options, as well as easily accessed by metro and bus.

Payment is required upon check-in. The opening hours for reception are:
08:30 - 13:30 and 17:00 - 19:30. If you are due to arrive outside of these hours, it is crucial to inform the apartments of this prior to arrival. Please contact the management in advance to let them know your estimated time of arrival and to arrange a check-in time. The email address and contact telephone number will be supplied on your confirmation email.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Room Information : All of the soundproofed, air conditioned apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms and a complete, fully-equipped, private bathroom.
All of the apartments are on the outside of the building and have windows and some of them have a terrace.
In order to suit the needs of any traveller there are triple and quadruple apartments, meaning the complex can accommodate groups of any size, from one person to 4 people.

Region Information : The apartments are located in the lively, popular district of Eixample, a central area in the heart of Barcelona. There is a wealth of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, theatres and cinemas in the area immediately surrounding the hotel.
The convenient location also means that the apartments are well served by public transport and there are several metro stations and bus stops nearby offering easy access to the whole of the city and the surrounding area.
