Cancelation Policy : Cancellations must be made before 16:00 (hotel local time) one day before date of arrival. In the event of a no-show or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge the cost of the first night of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge.

Travel Information : The hotel offers its guests a complimentary shuttle service to San Marco and Rialto by a precious mahogany, private boat, with departures every 90 minutes, from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm, every day and return from Rialto at 5:30 pm, 7:00 pm and 8:15 pm.

Alternatively, you can take the ATVO blue bus as far as Venice Piazzale Roma, then take the Vaporetto boat lines 42 or 52 and get out at Madonna dell'Orto.
