Short description : The Cannes Beach Hotel is located 50 metres from the beach and the shopping centre of La Bocca. The residence offers an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness centre, sauna and hammam.
The Cannes Beach residence has studios and apartments, which are all equipped with terraces or balconies with garden furniture. They also have a kitchenette with hotplates and a coffee machine.
The residence Pierre & Vacances Cannes Beach Hotel also has a restaurant and a bar.
The Cannes Beach also offers guests free entry to the Fragonard perfumery. Guests can also enjoy Petanque, dance evenings and guests can visit the Provence market nearby.
Important Information : The hotel requests a EUR 200 deposit per apartment. This is to be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card) and is refundable upon departure after inventory.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
