Short description : Lugaris The Home Concept is 300 metres from Bogatell Beach, in Barcelona’s quiet Poblenou district. Each modern apartment offers an LCD TV, free Wi-Fi and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Lugaris is next to Poble Nou Park, and a short walk from Llacuna and Poble Nou Metro Stations. From here there is easy access to the historic city centre. There are also many public bus services which pass nearby.
Each air-conditioned apartment has a balcony with city views. The well-equipped kitchens have a ceramic hob, an oven and a washer-dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, and weekly cleaning is included.
The Lugaris building has a private security service and a 24-hour customer service line. The nearby reception offers a tour desk, car rental and airport transfers.
Important Information : The apartments are located at Rambla del Poblenou, 16. Check-in and check-out take place nearby at the central reception, which is the address given on the Booking confirmation. Check-in after 21:00 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR30 and check-in from 01:00 until 08:00 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR80.
- All guests must inform the property of their anticipated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Please note that Lugaris will only answer the arrivals telephone until 01:00.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is partially refundable.
