Short description : City suites is located in the heart of Birmingham city centre at The Orion Building, which is opposite Birminghams prestigious designer development, The Mailbox. Our spacious 4 star apartments are a real home from home whilst staying in Birmingham whether youre staying for business or pleasure for one night or longer. We offer one and two bedroom apartments with modern facilities, luxurious and stylish design and décor.
Important Information : Please Note:A deposit covering breakages and damages may be required at the time of booking/check in. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, following City Suitess inspection of the apartment used by you and settlement of all charges owing to City Suite.
City Suites does not allow the apartments to be used for parties.
Guests are asked to confirm a checkin time for the Apartments on every booking as reception is limited hours.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 7.50 per day.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
