The Vapaa Aika Apartments are run from the Café Raja Jooseppi, which is located in Brunnenstraße. None of the apartments are more than 100 metres from the café.
When staying at a Vapaa Aika apartment, pop to the café and ask about the Rent a Bike cycling tours. Alternatively, just relax here with a drink.
The apartments are within comfortable walking distance of the famous Mauer Park and popular Kastanienallee shopping street. Nearby tram and U-Bahn (underground) stations allow you to travel around Berlin quickly and easily.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 16 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 11 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 6 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 13 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
