Food & Beverages : The hotel has one restaurant, Brasserie "Oudt Aemsterdam", with seating capacity for 170 guests where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The brasserie is also open during the day for snacks and drinks. There is an integrated bar with 20 seats.
