Hotel Information : These apartments are run by Dublin City Apartments. They are served by a 24-hour reception desk, also located on Parnell Street. This is where your ‘check-in’ will take place, when you will be given the keys to your apartment.
Region Information : The apartments' location mean that all areas of the city are within walking distance, including Trinity College and the Financial Services Centre.
Also within easy reach is Temple Bar, which has over 60 bars and restaurants and is the centre of Dublin's vibrant nightlife.
You’ll not be far from Croke Park, a venue for Gaelic football and hurling, as well as international rugby, soccer and concerts.
Travel Information : By Air (from Dublin Airport):
If not travelling by car or taxi, there are few bus lines from the airport to the city centre, provided by Dublin Bus. The best option is the 747 (Airlink) to O’Connell Street, which is just around the corner from the apartment offices at Parnell Street.
Other bus routes to the city centre are 16a, 46x, 58x and 746. There is also the Air Coach, an express coach service that runs every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. This will take you to the city centre, within walking distance of the apartment offices.
By Train:
From Heuston Station:
Leave the station and take a left towards the city centre. Follow the quays along the river. Turn left onto O'Connell Street. Continue straight and turn left onto Parnell Street. The offices of Dublin City Apartments are on the right.
From Connolly Station:
Leave the station and cross Matt Talbot Bridge. Turn right onto George's Quay. Continue straight on Burgh Quay and then onto Aston Quay. Turn right onto O'Connell Street and at the end of that street take a left onto Parnell Street. The offices of Dublin City Apartments are on the right.

The Ivy Exchange apartments sleep 4 people, with the possibility of extra beds. As well as the bedrooms, all apartments have kitchens, equipped with a fridge, cooker and microwave. Ideal for a relaxed, private and convenient stay for a couple, family or professional.
Enjoy Wi-Fi internet access and flat-screen TV (with DVD and VCR). Each apartment is serviced every day, with linen and towels provided. High chairs and cots can also be provided (upon request).
Important Information : Check-in Procedure:
Before you can enter your apartment, you will first need to go to the Dublin City Apartment office, located at 166 Parnell Street, Dublin 1. This is where you will check-in and receive the keys to your apartment. You will be taken to your apartment a mere 50 yards away.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
