Room Information : The Family Room-This room is based on 3 people sharing with a double and single bed an extra bed can be added at an extra cost of £15.00 per night
Short description : The hotel is situated close to Blackpool North rail station, and is just a short walk to the North Pier and the now famous "Funny Girls. 5 mins walk to beach, Blackpool tower, theatres, town centre and nightlife. All our bedrooms are fully central heated with facilities including freshly laundered towels, tea/coffee making facilities free wifi access and colour tv. NB: We do not accept stag or hen parties.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 5 years are welcome.
All children from 5 to 7 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.
All children from 8 to 15 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.
