Short description : Hotel de Munck is located in a peaceful area within the charming centre of Amsterdam, near several tram lines, within walking distance from the important museums, pleasant shopping streets and busy markets such as Waterlooplein and Albert Cuyp.
Hotel Information : We serve a large buffet-style Dutch breakfast in the cheerful dining room which reflects a musical atmosphere reminiscent of the sixties. The nightlife is close-by with such options as the bustling Leidseplein, Rembrandtsplein, the Holland Casino, Carré and the Musictheater. The hotel is also conveniently located in regard to the RAI and the World Trade Centre.
Please inform us if you expect to arrive later than 21.00 hours.
Parking also available at Amsterdam Arena, at a rate of 7 euro a day.
Room Information : All 14 rooms are contemporarily furnished, have been recently renovated and provide our guests with modern facilities: color TV, telephone, radio, and most have private shower/bath and toilet. Our hotel was built in 1727, dating back to the height of the East India Company when it served as a captains residence, and retains all its historical charm.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
