The Living-Sevilla Apartments lie just off the majestic River Guadalquivir, which runs through the centre of the Andalusian capital. From here you can easily walk to many of the city’s sights around the cathedral and Santa Cruz district.
Each spacious apartment include a modern kitchen, giving you independence throughout your stay, and a comfortable lounge with a double sofa bed. Some also have private sunny terraces.
Important Information : Extra fees:
A damage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment is payable at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.
Check-in information:
Guests wishing to check in after 20:00 must pay an additional surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is by appointment only.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
