European Apartments Reservations offers for vacation periods something different.
A convenient alternative to hotel-rooms:
3 - 4 rooms Apartments with 3 bath-rooms for 5 - 10 persons.
2 - 3 rooms Apartments with 2 bath-rooms for 5 - 8 persons.
Also available inside the apartments:
2-room-Suites for 4 persons.
1-room-Suites for 4 persons.
1-room-Studios for 2 - 3 persons inside a 3 - 4 rooms apartment..
These rooms share the main-door + hall with other rooms where the tenants are living.
All these different type accommodation are inside one residential area central located near the 5e canal.
Close to River Amstel, train-station Amstel and RAI congress-centre but not on Dam-square in the heart of the city-centre.
You can combine inside this residential complex apartments, studio’s and rooms to sleep a large family, relations or group colleagues.
So, whether you're 2 couples on a romantic Amsterdam getaway or a team of 6 - 20 persons living and working in Amsterdam, you are in a unique position to match your needs.
Each type apartment is suited to a different maximum of persons.
These apartments are NOT a hotel or guest-house or bed-and-breakfast. You sub-let direct from the tenants, not from the owners, not from a agent.
No room-service, no breakfast, no 24 hour reception is available.
The accommodation is self-supporting. You get your own keys and come home as you wish.
You receive clean bed-linen ( no towels, no soaps ), clean (but not new) cooking-equipment, clean and large rooms with a lot comfort.
ALL rooms have Cooking-equipment, Fridge, TV, Video-recorder, Wake-alarm, Safe-deposit-box.
The complex is located around a car-free court with house-keeping on location to serve you with collecting keys + cleaning.
These apartments are only a few weeks per year available for sub-letting to tourists when the residents renting and living in the apartment are out of town or sleeping in another apartment.
Priority is to let the "Apartments" monthly for residency.
Your reservation is only guaranteed after we received a real down-payment for the key-deposit through PAYPAL money-services.
You receive by e-mail a on-line payment-link after you received the BOOKINGS confirmation-email.
The key-deposit will be refund to your credit card-account on day departure after keys + room(s) are found back in good condition.
You can check-out any time and drop the keys in the mail-box.
Food & Beverages : The apartments and studio-rooms have (electric)cooking facilities.
Pots, dishes, cutlery is basic and not new.
All kind of (night)shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafe's and coffee-shops are in the main shopping streets nearby. Only 5 - 10 minutes walking.
Region Information : All kind (night)-shops, post-office, 3 cash-points, many restaurants and take-away-restaurants within 5 minutes walking.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 150.00 will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: No internet access available.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby costs EUR 13.00 per day .
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Room Information : Audio installations, Music, pets or party's or visiting extra guests are forbidden.
The larger living-rooms are smoking rooms.
Only the 1- 3 person bed-rooms inside the apartments ( D / E / F / G / H )are NO-smoking rooms.
Important Information : These rooms are only a few weeks per year available when the residents are out of town or sleep in an other room or apartment.
You sub-let directly from the residents who are living in these apartments.
You pay directly to the resident(s) bank-account.
Although you sent credit card details with your reservation we do NOT use them.
You can reserve on-line but to guarantee your reservation you have to make a down-payment key-deposit within 24 hours (Last Minute within 4 hours) through PAYPAL money-services. No down-payment = no reservation and we will order the BOOKINGS office to make the accommodation again available for other potential guests. We send you an extra email with explanation how to use PAYPAL + pictures and conditions.
Last minutes ( = 48 hours or less before arrival ) have to pay within 4 hours after you received our email with photo’s and detailed information.
Down-payments will be refund through Paypal to your credit card-account at day departure when you return keys + accommodation + cooking-equipment in clean condition.
It is very important that after you made your reservation-request to read the same day your emails!
We advise that you supply your reservation-request with a telephone-number where we can reach you!
If you cancel or in case of a no-show, your down-payment (EUR 150 - EUR 300, depending on apartment booked) will not be refunded.
Hotel Information : European Apartments Reservations do not offer Hotel-accommodation. We offer several apartments and private studio-rooms with kitchens + bed-linen. Additional services are available.
You receive a set keys and can come and go to your home as you please.
Travel Information : After you secured your reservation-request with a down-payment through PAYPAL money-services ( or international bank-transfer ) we sent you information by email how to collect keys + details for route from Airport or Train-station to the apartments by taxi, pulblic trafffic or car.
You have to re-confirm the correct times that your flight, train or car is schedule to arrive / landing in Amsterdam and depart / take off.
Check-in:
At an FIXED time-period of 30 minutes (we have to order the house-keeping-service for you) between 15:00-22:00
The price concerning your reservation is belonging to the condition that you collect the keys at latest 22.00 pm.
After 22.00 pm you have to pay extra for the extra cost house-keeping.
Collect keys:
Between 22.00 - 22.30 pm is Euro 10,00 extra.
Between 22.30 - 23.00 pm is Euro 20,00 extra
Between 23.00 - 23.30 pm is Euro 30,00 extra
Between 23.30 - 24.00 pm is Euro 40,00 extra
After midnight collecting keys is not possible.
The first option is at 07.30 am but you pay the price of the full night.
Check-out:
Time returning keys: any time before 11.00 am
But the key-deposit will be refund ( the same day ) through Paypal-money-services to your credit card or with international bank-transfer AFTER all keys + room(s) are found back in good + clean condition.
Returning keys after 11.00 am on request with extra charge.
