Prices include weekly cleaning and laundry service.
Important Information : The final-cleaning fee (EUR 60) and a deposit of EUR 150 have to be paid at arrival. The deposit will be credited to your credit card after check-out.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
