In making a reservation at a "Book and See" hotel you are making an irrevocable offer to that hotel. Shortly after you make your offer, we will provide you with an email confirming receipt of your offer, and informing you of your provisional booking reference. We will then forward your offer to the "Book and See" hotel, and within 24 hours of the email being sent you will be provided with confirmation of the "Book and See" hotel’s acceptance of your offer, and a confirmed booking reference. Your offer will be accepted by the "Book and See" hotel providing the payment information you provide is valid and can be debited by the "Book and See" hotel for the amount specified in your offer. As soon as your offer is accepted by the hotel, you will enter into a direct contract with the "Book and See" hotel and we will send you an email confirming that acceptance, providing you with a confirmed booking reference, and revealing the identity and location (and the full contact details) of the hotel. If the "Book and See" hotel is unable to debit your card, your offer will be not be processed and your provisional reservation will be cancelled.
Please be aware that your offer to a "Book and See" hotel is irrevocable. As such, should you cancel your reservation at any time (including before the offer is accepted) you may be charged by the hotel.
