Hotel Information : The Apex Waterloo Place Hotel is being developed as a luxury property that will set the standard for the ultimate in city chic when it officially opens its doors in March 2009.

Room Information : The contemporary styled bedrooms are designed to offer the ultimate in comfort and elegance combined with top-notch business facilities. Soft neutral colours such as toasted almond, taupe and slate contrast with walnut furniture.

Region Information : Apex Waterloo Place is ideally located in the heart of the city at the east end of Princes Street. The hotel couldn’t be more accessible to the main business districts and all the attractions that Edinburgh city centre has to offer. The Apex Waterloo Place Hotel is within a few minutes walking distance of Waverley rail station and access to the Airport bus which runs every 30 minutes to the Airport with a journey time of 25 minutes. A host of attractions, including the Castle, the Scott Monument, Holyrood Palace and the main shopping districts are all close by.
Short description : With a rich history, this landmark building at the east end of Princes Street in Edinburgh is returning to hotel trading after 120 years. Built in 1819, the Waterloo Hotel was the first purpose-built large scale hotel in Edinburgh and is located moments from Waverley train station and the city’s main shopping district. Advertised in 1819 as “an establishment where strangers could see the manners of the people and mix with the society of the place".

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
