The Kultur-und Gasthaus Der Teufelhof Basel houses the Art Hotel, the Gallery hotel, the Bel Étage gourmet restaurant, the Weinstube restaurant, a café and a bar, the Shine and Kubus conference rooms, a theatre and the Falstaff wine shop.
In total, the Kultur- und Gasthaus Der Teufelhof Basel offers 33 rooms. There are 9 “Art Hotel” rooms. Each of them is different and is a work of art in itself, furnished by renowned Swiss and Italian designers. The "Gallery Hotel" rooms and halls are one large exhibition area for one artist who can present his works for a particular period.
The gourmet restaurant on the first floor of the Art Hotel is the perfect place for people who would like to have lunch or dinner in a quiet but enchanting atmosphere. Guests are offered à la carte dishes and several varying set menus. Carefully selected wines round off the the culinary experience. When the weather you are welcome to dine in the garden restaurant in front of the Gallery Hotel.
The Teufelhof's second restaurant called Weinstube is for everyday visits. Ten dishes which change daily and the 3-course set menus are prepared as carefully as the menus for the Bel Etage restaurant. The "Monatsweinkarte" presents little-known wines and their winegrowers. Of course, the Bel Etage wine list is available, too. The small, cosy courtyard is an island in the middle of the city, that can also be covered.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
