The Patacona Apartments are located in a quiet, residential area and have private parking facilities.
The beach is on your doorstep so why not enjoy a refreshing morning dip in the Mediterranean before preparing a tasty breakfast which you can enjoy on the terrace. Afterwards, soak up the sunshine which this area of Spain enjoys.
Important Information : Guests are asked to indicate their expected time of arrival when making their reservation.
Guests must contact staff on the day of arrival to arrange a time to meet at the apartments. Please use the telephone number which will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
Arrivals between 22.30 and 07:00 incur a surcharge of EUR 20.
The Apartments do not accept American Express as a method of payment.
A deposit of EUR 250 by credit card or cash is paid upon arrival and reimbursed once the condition of the apartment has been checked by a member of staff.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
