Short description : The Schmittenhof is a family-run 4-star hotel at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe mountain in Zell am See.
The hotel combines traditional Austrian cosiness with modern comfort. The new rooms are luxuriously furnished and offer breathtaking views of Lake Zell or the mountains.
The Schmittenhof’s jewel is its Mediterranean-styled sauna world. Here you will find several saunas, a herbal steam bath, an ice grotto, water beds and much more. Cushy bathrobes are available free of charge.
International specialities, regional delicacies and refined wines from the well-assorted wine cellar are served in the hotel restaurant. You can also enjoy homemade schnapps, a healthy breakfast buffet with cereal corner, and a daily après ski snack.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Please note, if cancelled or modified, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 8 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 9 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 18 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
