Region Information : The city centre can be reached in about 20 minutes, using a direct tram. Close to the guest house you will find the Wiener Höhenstrasse and the wine regions of Grinzing and Neusift am Walde.
Hotel Information : This small, independently run hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, near the Wienerwald, just outside the city centre.
All rooms are unique and the small hidden winter gardens have a special character. Some of the rooms have a balcony with garden view.
The city centre is reachable with the tram within 20 minutes.
In the near neighbourhood you will find the "Wiener Höhenstrasse", and the famous "Heurigen" in "Grinzing" and "Neusift am Walde"
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Arrival from Wien/Schwechat airport:
Take the airport shuttle to the Westbahnhof and follow the directions as above.
